The EO Mentorship Program offers you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a highly experienced mentor in an ongoing and structured mentorship. You can apply to be matched with a mentor who can bring personal experience and perspective to bear on the issues you currently face. The EO Mentoring Program provides a chapter-based framework to help the mentoring succeed, including a carefully designed matching process and ongoing follow-up by the chapter Mentoring Chair.
