He will guide you in uncovering ways to boost employee engagement by nurturing their well-being and alignment with core values.   • 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Enjoy a catered lunch while networking and sharing insights with existing EO Accelerator participants.

  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Unlock the secrets of the EO Accelerator Program: Current Accelerators will continue the learning day while Ryan Spaccavento and EO Accelerator Jane Save of EO Melbourne will provide prospects with a detailed presentation to understand how the EO Accelerator Program can help you scale your business to over $1M.

David is a serial entrepreneur and super dad who spends more time volunteering than working on his businesses and more time with his kids than he does volunteering. He is known for his explorations in behavioural economics and applied evolutionary psychology with a particular interest in habit systems and social organic growth. He is married to the Goddess of Governance; Sarah Bartholomeusz.

As a global trainer on the EO Accelerator team, David is also an enthusiastic and skilled business growth facilitator, committed to empowering entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable success.

JANE SAVE

Jane Save is the Director and Founder of The Save Group, a trusted HR boutique consultancy serving Australian SMEs and based in Melbourne. She leads a team of consultants with extensive expertise in Human Resource Management. Acting as an outsourced HR partner, Jane and her team advise on and implement effective, compliant processes, allowing businesses more time to focus on growth and scaling.

Can anyone join THE EO ACCELERATOR PROGRAM?

No, the EO Accelerator Program is only available to qualifying entrepreneurs.

EO Accelerator Qualification Requirements

The EO Accelerator Program is designed for entrepreneurs who turnover a minimum of US$250,000 annually in their business, up to US$1 million in their business. Through this program, we will provide you with the tools you need to accelerate the growth of your business.

To qualify for the Accelerator program, you must:

  • Be the owner or founder of an operating business with gross yearly revenues between US$250,000 to US$1 million.

  • Be looking to rapidly grow your business to over US$1M and join EO within 3 years.

This invitation-only event is exclusively for leading entrepreneurs in Melbourne who:

  1. Meet either the EO Accelerator Qualification Requirement
    AND

  2. Are interested in learning more about EO, the benefits of being an Accelerator, and becoming a part of a community of leading entrepreneurs.
